Code of Ethics 

 

Maintain a high standard of ethical conduct in dealing with employees, clients, competitors and regulatory authorities.

 

Comply with laws and regulations pertaining to labour, employment standards, human rights, health and safety and confidentiality.

 

Treat applicants with respect and dignity, and to provide equal employment opportunities based on applicable law.

 

Take reasonable steps to verify employment qualifications and experiences, and to supply clients with qualified candidates whose information is accurate and complete.

 

Advocate safety by promoting safety, provide training and reward safety on the job, and to promptly address concerns or complaints regarding unsafe conditions in the work place.

 

Explain policy and procedures, wage rates, hours of work, and any other  conditions of the work assignment prior to placement.

 

Promptly pay wages and benefits due in accordance with the terms of employment and applicable legal requirements. Such payments are itemized, and are made either by company cheque or by pre-authorized direct bank despoit.

 

Act with fiscal responsibility, be an employer of choice, a reliable service provider to clients and a responsible corporate citizen; in spirit and in practice.
